　　1, Technical advantages: Our company is a professional company manufacturing pressure vessels, established in 1970, with licence for class1, 2, 3 pressure vessels (including the spherical tank) of design, manufacture and installation, a sound quality assurance system, processing strong technical force of the design, manufacture, installation of pressure vessels and spherical tank. It is the member of China Mechanical Engineering Sociaty and national research project of“Localization research of large-scale complete engineering steel”. It has taken part in the discussion group since 1988, and made test of contour machining and welding technology for high strength steel, low temperature steel, high toughness pressure vessel steel. We have first used CF-62, 15MnNiDR, 15MnNbR, 09MnNiDR in the spherical tank projects, and participated in the writing of “High-performance pressure vessel and pressure pipe steel”. 　　2, Optimizing technology for welding and heating processing: as many experimental studys of imported CF steel and domestic CF steel, including welding procedure qualification testing, processing molding evaluation test, heating processing procedure qualification testing for parts and whole of the spherical tank, we have accumulated a large number of test data, selecting the best process parameters for the tank production, which make the accident never happened and defect-free after many years operation.
　　3, Obtaining heat treatment qualification: we have passed the assessment, “About the agreement of Anshan Steel Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. proceed the postweld heating treatment of CF steel plate making spherical pressure vessel”. Because of many quality accidents occurred, National Bureau of Quality Inspection has QC latters to related businesses, coming up that the heating treatment should choose the enterprise confirmed by tank capacity standard board(see the attachment).
　　4, Patented technology: aim at the characteristics of high-strength and low temperature steel, the quality accidents of Xi’an imported French tank and Yang BASF Tank pillars crack, we have carried out special research of tank support structure, developed "Steel spherical storage tank long smooth connection round U-pillar "and declared the patent. The patent can resolve the high-strength steel pillar in the tank and force structure change for the largest part of the site of stress concentration problems. If the project is manufactured by our company, the patent technology will be used freely(see the attachment).

　　1), Manufacturing ability: two manufacture factories of spherical tank in Anshan, Liaoning and Ningbo, Zhejiang, equiped with 4sets of 2500T X8M hydraulic presses, which are the largest pressing machines at home up to date in the spherical tank industry.
　　2), Installation capacity: five installation branches, tank assembly, welding, nondestructive testing, heat treatment, pressure leak test complete by our company independently, with the State Environmental Protection Administration issued radiation safety license, 7 sets of γ-ray detection machine; 3 sets of imported German Ouke automatic heat treatment equipments; 3 sets of 25t-50t mobile crane; 240 sets of tank welding machine, more than 120 qualified welders.
